LINEA MULTIFORMATO DI RIEMPIMENTO ACQUA (Impianto completo)
DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
La linea multiformato di Riempimento Acqua è un impianto completo per l’imbottigliamento di acqua gassata e naturale in bottiglie PET. Questo sistema integrato comprende diverse fasi del processo produttivo: soffiaggio, riempimento, tappatura, etichettatura, confezionamento in fardello film e pallettizzazione.
CAPACITÀ PRODUTTIVA
Il sistema è progettato per mantenere una produzione costante di 12.000 bottiglie all’ora per il formato da 1,5 litri (12.000 bph). Attualmente è ancora in linea di produzione e sarà smontato solo al momento della vendita.
CONSUMI ENERGETICI
I consumi energetici variano partendo da uno spunto massimo di 330 kW, stabilizzandosi successivamente attorno ai 260 kWh.

MULTI-FORMAT WATER FILLING LINE (COMPLETE PLANT)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The multi-format Water Filling line is a complete plant for bottling sparkling and natural water in PET bottles. This integrated system includes several stages of the production process: blow molding, filling, capping, labeling, film bundle packaging and palletizing.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The system is designed to maintain a constant output of 12,000 bottles per hour for the 1.5-liter (12,000 bph) format. It is currently still on the production line and will only be dismantled at the time of sale.
ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Energy consumption varies starting from a maximum of 330 kW, subsequently stabilizing around 260 kWh.
