Questo impianto, realizzato da Comec nel 2000, ha una capacità produttiva testata di fino a 30.000 litri al giorno (30 mc, 300 hl) di composto liquido. È stato smontato, è perfettamente funzionante, fermo da qualche anno e conservato al coperto, completo di tutte le sue parti. L’impianto è montato su una struttura rialzata per facilitare le operazioni di carico e scarico. È stato progettato per produrre vernici a base d’acqua, con particolare attenzione all’uso della Calce di Altissima Qualità! È molto sovradimensionato in termini di prestazioni e può essere utilizzato per creare liquidi o impasti cremosi di qualsiasi tipo, anche ad alta pressione grazie alle attrezzature incluse. Il prodotto ottenuto può essere confezionato tramite una linea di riempimento disponibile, in secchi da 1, 2, 5, 10 e 12 litri; così veloce che l’operatore non riuscirà a inserire i secchi vuoti per il riempimento! Nella fornitura è incluso anche un container con materiale senza scadenza (calce, pigmenti, inerti, ecc.), tutto pronto per essere trasferito. Su richiesta, è possibile supportare il rimontaggio ovunque nel mondo, ma questo servizio sarà da valutare e definire a parte.

This system, built by Comec in 2000, has a tested production capacity of up to 30,000 liters per day (30 mc, 300 hl) of liquid compound. It has been disassembled, is fully functional, has been inactive for a few years, and is stored indoors, complete with all its parts. The system is mounted on a raised structure to facilitate loading and unloading operations. It was designed to produce water-based paints, with a focus on the use of Highest Quality Lime! It is greatly over-sized in terms of performance and can be used to create any type of liquid or creamy mixture, even at high pressure thanks to the included equipment. The resulting product can be packaged using an available filling line, in buckets of 1, 2, 5, 10, and 12 liters; so fast that the operator won’t be able to insert empty buckets for filling! The supply also includes a container with non-expiring materials (lime, pigments, aggregates, etc.), all ready to be transferred. Upon request, we can support reassembly anywhere in the world, but this service will be evaluated and defined separately.
