Questi DUE Impianto realizzati nel 2016 (MAI MONTATI) sono stati concepiti e costruiti per effettuare il pretrattamento e l’asciugatura di materiali metallici di vostra produzione. Entrambi i Tunnel sono completi di trasportatore del tipo a TAPPETO CON MAGLIA GRECATA da 950mm di larghezza con una velocità continua di 0,4 metri al minuto. L’insieme della fornitura è composto:
– Tunnel di Pretrattamento previo vasche e docce
– Forno 120 gradi (resistenza elettrica con potenza 50 kW complessivi)
– Asciugatura (n.2 ventilatori aria calda centrifughi portata di 5.000 m³/h, P.Kw.4)
– Camino evacuazione vapori(ventilatore di estrazione da 300 m³/h MORO MN 302 0,18 kW 4 poli)
– Quadro elettrico
– Comando e controllo

WASHING TUNNEL (2 SEPARATE LINES): DEGREASING, PASSIVATION, AND DRYING OF METAL COMPONENTS
These two systems, manufactured in 2016 (and never installed), were designed and built to perform pre-treatment and drying on your metal products. Both tunnels feature a 950mm-wide corrugated mesh belt conveyor operating at a constant speed of 0.4 meters per minute. The complete supply includes:
– Pre-treatment tunnel (tanks and spray headers)
– 120°C oven (electric heating elements with a total power of 50 kW)
– Drying section (two centrifugal hot air fans; capacity: 5,000 m³/h; power: 4 kW)
– Vapor exhaust stack (extraction fan: 300 m³/h; MORO MN 302; 0.18 kW; 4-pole)
– Electrical cabinet
– Control system
– Cycle time: 7.5 minutes
– Maximum load on belt: 15 kg/m²
